Very happy that Spinnaker Management is now the property manager in the community where I have resided for almost 40 years. Our community was mis-managed for decades. As a resident and a member for a condo board that Spinnaker has managed for over 20 years, I have had extensive experience with with Spinnaker and found the company to be a very effective and diligent partner in managing the property. The experience they provide from their many years in the business and from managing a many properties throughout the Hudson Valley is extremely valuable. The financial accounting that Spinnaker provides for all functions that the condo property is responsible for are also extremely detailed and accurate. Their accounting office has been a great source of help in all financial aspects. Help with such things as planning for future maintenance items and improvements to the property has also been a great service they provide. Because they have been in the business for a long time and have a wide variety of contractors they have used for different projects at different properties, they are many times able to offer some very creative and cost-effective solutions.
My HOA began working with Spinnaker just for their bookkeeping services, but wound up using their property management services a few months later and, as a former board officer, I couldn’t be happier with the decision.

When I contacted Spinnaker with the plumbing problem, I was prepared for the worst. What a relief to find out that the opposite would happen. From the very first time we talked, Doris, you took my concerns seriously, and responded immediately. I appreciate how you put me on hold while you verified that your plumber could meet with me in the course of several hours. Not only did Ollie meet with at the time specified, he researched the problem and corrected the problem immediately. There were no delays or stalling. He arrived as agreed upon, assessed the situation, fixed the problem, and cleaned up the mess. What a relief! Our Board had been operating in a bit of a vacuum for decades and really didn’t know what “normal” operating procedures looked like in other complexes, although we’d made every effort to learn. Prior to beginning our relationship with Spinnaker three years ago, we did not receive much help in this regard, but we have been very happy since making the change. In the last 20 years I have lived in 2 complexes that were managed by Spinnaker. The first compex I had very positive interactions with them. The current complex Iive in was poorly managed by previous Management companies. Spinnaker was hired to replace the former Management company. Since Spinnaker took over our property they have had to overcome several hurdles that were left for them. Rani Ali is doing a great job, working hard to bring our property back up to where it needs to be despite some challenging homeowners.
I am on the Board of my HOA as well as being a homeowner. We began our relationship with Spinnaker Mgt. after being most dissatisfied with our previous management company. Spinnaker straightened out the mess that had been left by its predecessor. Our manager is Tina, who has dealt admirably with several emergencies, including several weather related problems. She has assisted us in decisions regarding our infrastructure and plans for the future.
